Description

The XK 150 was released as a successor to the legendary XK 140 in the late 1950s, just as Jaguar was cementing its position as one of the world’s leading car brands. The XK 150 marked the high point of the XK series and definitively established Jaguar as a byword for luxury, style and sporting performance.

The design of the Jaguar XK 150 3.4 litre is a homage to the classic elegance and timeless style of the 1950s. With its elongated bonnet, clean lines and distinctive radiator grille, this car exudes a unique presence. The harmonious balance between power and grace means the XK 150 turns heads wherever it goes.

Under the bonnet lies a powerful 3.4-litre inline six-cylinder engine that gives the vehicle its impressive performance. With 210 hp and 283 Nm of torque, the XK 150 provides not just exhilarating acceleration, but a top speed of over 200 km/h as well. The car’s technical ingenuity and sporting DNA turn each moment spent behind the wheel into an unforgettable experience.

The interior radiates the luxury and fine craftsmanship that you would expect from the Jaguar brand. The finest materials, handcrafted details and ergonomically designed seats create an environment distinguished by unparalleled comfort. Every journey in the XK 150 is not merely a ride through the streets, but a trip through the history of luxury and car manufacturing.

The magnificent car up for auction has an extremely detailed history. It was imported directly into Switzerland in the year it was produced – 1958 – and comes with a complete history of all previous owners and the last collector, who has owned this vehicle since 2002. The car has undergone continual restorations, but always under the premise that originality should be preserved. Before the restoration the car was silver, but has since been returned to its original “mist grey”. With new life breathed into it, it is fully deserving of its condition rating of 2 and stands ready and waiting for its next adventure. The car has of course been registered with veteran status.
