The year 1957 marked the high point of the Thunderbird era and this daring vehicle became a symbol of the American dream and lifestyle. Celebrities and stars from that time were among its proud owners while its shiny exterior adorned the covers of magazines and newspapers.

The 1957 Thunderbird was more than just a car – it was a vibrant chapter of American history. Whether it was legendary road trips on sunny highways or exhilarating races on the track, it was cause for countless adventures and memories which still make hearts stir to this day.

Even though time marches relentlessly on, the 1957 Ford Thunderbird remains a timeless symbol of style, elegance and freedom on four wheels. Its legacy lives on in the hearts of those who are still amazed at and treasure its beauty and glamour today.

This Thunderbird was imported into western Switzerland from the USA in the early 1980s and was kept there by at least two owners. In July 1999, the car was sold via Emil Frey in Geneva to its current owner. Since then, a lot of restoration and maintenance work has been done on the vehicle, and the car is in excellent condition. The new owner can therefore enjoy amazing rides from the get-go and really let the thunderbird fly!
